What’s included in the annual monitoring price?
Your annual plan includes monitoring throughout the year, dashboard access to your readings, and email and text alerts at your chosen limits.
Who receives alerts?
Alerts are sent to you and the recipients agreed for your setup. You decide what action to take.
How does the ChatGPT connection work?
The connection is optional with every plan and uses your own ChatGPT account. A ChatGPT subscription is not included. Answers use your connected readings and available history.
Silver and Gold also have a voice agent built into your dashboard. It works without a ChatGPT account.
What does Gold add?
Gold includes all Silver benefits, three monitoring points, and one custom dashboard. Equipment manuals provide background context so the voice assistant understands the equipment it monitors. We agree the dashboard layout and scope and confirm documents before purchase. Later dashboard changes are quoted separately.
What do we confirm at the walkthrough?
Connectivity, alert volume and recipients, saved history, and voice usage. We also confirm what works during power or connection outages.
Your written quote confirms these details, any extra charges, cancellation, plan changes, equipment ownership, and warranty before purchase.
What if I have multiple properties?
We confirm whether residential packages or a commercial quote fit. Your quote lists the monitoring points for each property.
