All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We commit to the following with respect to all client platform data:
- We process client data only as instructed under the applicable service agreement
- We do not use client IoT or operational data for any purpose outside of delivering contracted services
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect client data
- We do not sell or share client data with third parties outside of infrastructure providers acting under contract
Business clients who have questions about how their data is handled should refer to their service agreement or contact their account representative.
10. Marketing Communications
We may contact you with information about our products, services, and company updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email we send you
